Mr Shueib holds a Degree in Business Information Technology (BIT) and other professional certificates in Islamic Banking Practices, Financial Analysis and Management, Strategic Management, Business planning and Digital Marketing and also He is currently studying for a postgraduate in MBA Marketing in Asia e University, Selangor – Malaysia.

He is a goal-oriented professional with exceptional technical knowledge and skills with a proven record of generating and building business relationships, managing corporate business campaigns from concept to completion, and coaching individuals to success.

Skilled in building cross-functional teams, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and making critical decisions during challenges. He is an adaptable and transformational leader with the IBS Bank team with the ability to work independently, creating effective presentations, business marketing plans for the business, strategies and developing opportunities that further establish organizational goals.

He has 6+ years of experience in working for the bank specially in area of ICT, Marketing and business development. Major experience lies in Business planning, data and market research and analysis, Marketing campaigns, Product advertisement and promotions, and strategies. Shueib has created numerous effective campaigns for IBS Bank for the new brand, ATM, MasterCard and VISA Card introductions. He has worked also as a digital marketing manager and is well versed in methods of designing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
