Mr. Liban is the Head of Human resource & Admin in IBS Bank and is also responsible for procurement, Recruitment and HR strategy, staffing management, managing budgets, risk assessments, developing and training and also monthly payroll accounts and various administrative activities and also responsible for stores and logistics including facility management. Liban has been in this position since 2017. Before this Liban, worked in Human Resource Management Manager in an NGO called CERID Organization. He also worked as a project Officer at World Vision.
